AFRICA AUTOMATION OF TECHNOLOGY FAIR + THE AFRICA AUTOMATION INDABA 2026

OUR PARTNERS

Africa’s industrial landscape is undergoing rapid transformation, driven by the accelerating adoption of automation, smart technologies, and digital innovation. Together, the Africa Automation Indaba, taking place 13–14 May 2026 in Cape Town, and the Africa Automation Technology Fair (AATF), returning 11–13 May 2027 in Johannesburg, form a unified platform designed to support this evolution by connecting stakeholders across the full automation value chain.

While the Indaba provides a high-level strategic forum for policymakers, industry leaders, investors, and innovators to shape the future of automation in Africa, AATF offers a comprehensive showcase of the technologies, solutions, and expertise driving transformation on the ground. Aligned in purpose and complementary in structure, both events work together to advance Africa’s automation agenda—facilitating knowledge exchange, strengthening partnerships, and accelerating the continent’s journey toward smarter, more competitive, and future-ready industries.

Featuring expanded product categories and new show innovations, AATF showcases cutting-edge developments and industry megatrends. Through strong partnerships with leading associations, the event supports Africa’s growth agenda and delivers a world-class showcase of automation excellence.

The inaugural Africa Automation Indaba, taking place from 13–14 May 2026, is a landmark conference dedicated to advancing automation, process control, and manufacturing across the continent.
